Am I A "Kingdom Citizen"?
Ephesians 5:5 You can be sure of this: No one will have a place in the Kingdom of Christ and of God if that person commits sexual sins, or does evil things, or is a person who selfishly wants more and more. A greedy person like that is serving a “false god”.
Am I A "Kingdom Citizen"?
To Enter The Kingdom,
You’ve Got To Come In At The Door!
The “Door” is Jesus, The Word, The Bible;
Not Religion nor Tradition!
News Flash!
Jesus, The Christ, did not die on Calvary
so that we can sin as much as we like and still go to Heaven when we die!
The wage of sin is still death!
God say that Ye Must Be “Holy”, as I am Holy.
Our Daily Nugget makes it very plain. You can be “sure of this”, that if you allow the demons of these characteristics to guide your living then you don’t have a place in the Kingdom of Christ or of God.
Often when this type of conversation is going on with people who go to Church, you’ll hear this statement; “Ain’t Nobody Perfect”. The more we “Fear the Lord”, the less we’ll make a statement like that.
Our Daily Nugget is saying, We had better "Repent"!
Sexual sins are not accepted by God, like it is among The Church Members!
The Fear of The Lord is to “hate”,
evil, pride, arrogancy, the froward mouth
(what we today call the smart mouth), and the evil way.
The “world’s” definition of perfect is that you never do anything wrong; the “Word’s” definition of perfect is “a Heart (mind) committed to Christ”. It really boils down to “what do you really want”.
Do You Really “Want” To Be Made Whole?
Or
Do You Really “Want” to enjoy sin for a season?
God Knows!
Do you want to be a virgin until you are married and after you are married do you want to have sex with only your spouse? Do you want to be fair and just, or do you always want an unfair advantage over others? God calls for equal weights and equal measures. To Love your neighbor “as” you Love yourself.
God knows what “each” of us “really want”!
We had better “Want” to be made whole!
Greed, Lord please help us here.
The Bible says that, always wanting more and more for yourself is the same as worshipping a “false god”. Often, we look at getting more and more stuff for ourselves as an indication that we are really being blessed by God. Even though we have less patience, we are not kind, we are not giving, we don't share, we don't really care, but I know that I am blessed, "look at all the stuff I got".
Satan is the prince of this world and he give his followers stuff also.
Satan even offered Jesus stuff, to follow him.
When Satan offered Jesus stuff to follow him, Jesus applied “The Word”!
After Jesus applied The Word, Satan left him.
The Word is Enough!
Why did Satan leave Jesus?
Darkness and Light cannot occupy the “same place” at the “same time”!
The Word is “light”, what Satan offers is “darkness”.
*Note: Jesus did not respond with his opinion or what he thought.
When the light comes, the darkness “knows” that it must go.
The brighter the light, the further the darkness “must” stay away.
“Turn On”
the light today for
The Kingdom
and
