The Froward Mouth and the Smart Mouth are “Sarcasm”!

What we call a smart mouth could better be described as a dumb mouth!

 

The “fear of the Lord” is to “hate” evil, pride, arrogancy, and the evil way, and the “Froward Mouth”, “Do I Hate”.  (Proverbs 8:13)

 

The “Fear of the Lord” is to Love What God Loves and to Hate What God Hates!

 

Think on the definition of these words.

Sarcasm – Saying one thing while meaning another to mock or convey contempt.

Froward Mouth – Habitually disposed to showing disrespect using our mouth. 

Contempt – Disrespect.

 

God Hates the “Smart-Dumb-Froward” Mouth!

Today we do not use the term, froward mouth or dumb mouth, we use the term “smart mouth”; however, there is “nothing smart about it”.  It is very dumb to do things we know that God hates.  The smart/dumb/froward mouth is inspired by the demonic spirits having too much control over our Thinking Process, our heart/mind.  The mouth will speak what we have filled our heart/mind with.  Think about this the next time a demonic spirit tells you to “exercise your smart/dumb/froward mouth”.  Oftentimes we  exercise the smart/dumb/froward mouth when we are “mad”.

 

Exercising the smart/dumb/froward mouth is the sin of disrespect, a weakness.

Yielding Not to this temptation builds “Spiritual Strength” against the wicked one!

Yielding to this temptation makes us a “weaker person” spiritually.

 

When the light is “off” darkness “fills the void”!

The froward/smart/dumb mouth is “epidemic proportions” in our society.

We, Kingdom Citizens, need to “Man Our Post” and “Turn The Light Back On”!

 

God says, we have not because we ask not!

 

Ask God to Bless You with the Wisdom to “Resist” 

the demonic spirit leading you to exercise that froward/dumb/smart mouth,

And Watch What Happens!
