Serving!

                                                                              Serving!

What is “Serving The Lord” to you?

Enjoy serving the Lord, and He will give you Whatever You Ask For.  (Psalms 37:4)   All over Scripture, we are told to “Serve the Lord”. In Psalm 100:2, it says, to “Serve” the Lord with gladness. Deuteronomy 10:12 says, “Serve” the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. Joshua says, as for me and my house, we will “Serve the Lord”.  (Joshua 24:15)

Is Serving the Lord to You; the same as, Serving the Lord to the Lord?

Serve – To serve God is to “Love Him” with all that we are, obeying, and enjoying Him forever.  Love is “Doing”.  The things we do for the Lord, we do it with “all our heart, mind, and soul”.

We should Enjoy Serving The Lord.

We Serve the Lord through loving one another.

Church Service is not the same as Serving the Lord.

We Cannot Serve the Lord Without Loving One Another.

I Can Not Serve the Lord concerning you “if I Don’t Love You”.

Church Service is for our benefit, Serving the Lord is for others benefit.

To serve God and follow God means “to recognize His ‘Lordship’ over our lives”.  We must acknowledge the fact that we live under His Sovereignity and Providence.  He is our Creator, our Redeemer, and our Sustainer.  He is our master, and we are “His Servants”.  It is therefore imperative that we submit to His Authority.

To Serve Others Is Also Serving Ourselves, Multiplied.

The Bible says, give and it shall be given back unto you, “multiplied”, pressed down, shaken together, running over, shall “It” be given back.  Whatever you want, give it, because that is what’s coming back to you.  We receive in response to what we have given, only it will come back to us multiplied, good and bad alike.  If a demonic  spirit led you to be wicked and evil, just remember, it’s coming back to you, multiplied.  Look up the definitions of wicked and evil, “protect yourself”.

God has “promised” that if we

“Enjoy Serving the Lord”, He would give us, “Whatever We Ask For”.

Put God’s Word to the Test Today,

Ask God to Bless You To “Enjoy Serving Him All Day”,

And Watch What Happens!

  1. This is the reason why I personally feel awesome when I do(serve) for others with the right attitude..it is a pick me up...when I'm feeling down.
