Amiss.

Amiss. To Pray Amiss, is a Worthless Prayer. You ask and do not receive, because you ask “Amiss”, that you may spend it on “Pleasure”.  (James 4:3) Beware of “Pleasure”!  Jesus’ Life was Never About “Pleasure”. “Why” we want, what we ask for, is Important to God; and determines if we get it! Our Daily Nugget is letting us know that when we Pray for “Things” that is to be used for our “Pleasure” it is wrong, improper or a faulty Prayer; it is asking “Amiss”.  Jesus prayed for the Benefit of Others, Never for Pleasure for himself. Amiss - Wrong, improper, or faul...

The Mouth Speaks.

The Mouth Speaks. The Mouth is a Innocent Party; it says “What it is Told to Say”. You bunch of snakes, how can you “who are evil” “say anything good”?  For the “mouth speaks what the heart (mind) is “Filled With”.  (Matthew 12:34)   A Tree is recognized by it’s Fruit, so are people recognized by “What They Say”! Our Daily Nugget is Jesus calling a Snake, a Snake! We say what we say, because we have prepared our heart/mind to say it.  Our heart/mind is “Us”.  Our mouths just “speak what we are”.  When we “Repent” and “Be A New Creature”, our “Mouths Will Tell The Whole World About The Change”.  If we are not a New Creature, our mouths will “Speak Like The Snake” that we are.   The Bible cal...

The Humbler!

The Humbler! God Humbles the Proud. I want you all to know about the “strange thing” that the Most High God “did to me”.  “It was incredible-a mighty miracle”!  And now I know for sure that His Kingdom is everlasting; He Reigns Forever and Forever.  (Daniel 4:2&3) Are You Humble or Do You Need Humbling? Our Daily Nugget is about a pride-filled King name Nebuchadnezzar.  God had Greatly Blessed King Nebuchadnezzar with victory over mighty nations and secured his Rule.  The King got “The Big Head” and started talking about all the mighty works that “He Did”.  This made God jealous and God decided that the King Needed to be “Humbled”. Pride - Defiance of God, improper and excessive se...

Christianity or Religion and Tradition?

Christianity or Religion and Tradition? Christianity “Alone” Has Salvation. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12) There is No Salvation in Religion nor in Tradition. Our Daily Nugget is Peter and John telling the people what we need to tell ourselves and the people today that; “Salvation, Christianity, is found in Jesus the Christ Alone”.  The Religious People of that day, the Pharisees and the Sadducees, were jealous of Peter and John, The Christians”, because the people choose to follow the Christians instead of the Religious Leaders, in one day over five thousand people decided to Follow Christ. The Pharisees and the Sadducees held to Religion and Tradition, not The Bible, Jesus.  ...

Fear God!

Fear God! How to “Avoid the Extremes”! In this meaningless life of mine I have seen both of these: the righteous perishing in their righteousness, and the wicked living long in their wickedness. Do not be over righteous, neither be over wise-why destroy yourself?  Do not be over wicked, and do not be a fool-why die before your time?  It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other.  “Whoever Fears God Will Avoid All Extremes”.  (Ecc. 7:15-18)  To “Fear God” Keeps Our Lives “Pleasing to God”. Our Daily Nugget is letting us know that the “Extremes” in life are not good and that it is wise to “Avoid the Extremes”; we will avoid the extremes when we “Fear God”.  When we Fear G...

You're The Only One.

You’re the Only One. The Only One I Love, I Give it to No One Else. You shall have no other god “before me”.  (Exodus 20:3) To Have a “god” before “God” is Idolatry; The Worship of a false god! Our Daily Nugget is the First of the Ten Commandments. It is God telling us that we should have “no other god” “Before God”.  It is critical to know that we can make almost anything our “god”.  For many people who have “a god” over “God” it is; “Money, Popularity, Religion and or Tradition”. Our God is a Jealous God and He Tolerates “No Rivals”. It is a very wise practice for us to “Take Inventory of our Heart/Mind”; for “gods” can be very deceptive to us and not appear as “a god” even though they are.  God Knows if we have “a god”...
