A Man and God's Word.
A Man and God’s Word.
Beware of Religions and Traditions.
They brought to the “Pharisees” the man who had been blind. (John 9:13)
The man answered, “Now that is remarkable”! You don’t know where he comes from, yet he opened my eyes. We know that God does not listen to sinners. “He listens to the godly person who does his will”. Nobody has ever heard of opening the eyes of a man born blind. If this man were not from God, “he could do nothing”. (John 9:30-33) (The Pharisees Could Do Nothing.)
God and His Word Saves, Religion and Tradition Does Not Save.
Our Daily Nugget
is about Jesus, the Pharisees, and a man who was born blind and Jesus healed him from his blindness. The Pharisees were the “Religious and Traditional Leaders” of that day. The religious leaders of that day were like many or most of the religious leaders today. They want the people to “follow them”, even though they do not follow God’s Word, Jesus, the Bible. Many denominations have their own word.
The Pharisees were “Jealous of Jesus”. The Pharisees wanted the people to “go through” them concerning “all religious matters”. The Pharisees wanted the people to “Praise Them” and “Look up to them”, even though they did not Praise God or Look up to God. Knowledge of The Word, the Bible, is Protection For The Flock, from the dangers of False Teachers. False teachers are religious leaders who are interested in the people following them, not in the people following Jesus.
Many who call Me Lord, Lord, “Will Not Enter the Kingdom”,
But, only those who “Do The Will of My Father”, will Enter the Kingdom.
The Bible warns us of the dangers of religion and tradition leading the people, instead of God’s Word, The Bible, leading the people. The Pharisees became very angry and offensive toward the man that Jesus healed. The Pharisees said that Jesus was not from God. This is one of the “first things” a false teacher will do is to “tell you, you are wrong”, and if you don’t agree with them, they will scandalize your name and be wicked and evil toward you.
Stick with Jesus and Jesus will Stick With You..
After the Religious Leaders kicked the man out of the Synagogue;
“Jesus Came To The Man”. “Jesus is On His Way To You, Be Steadfast”!
