Where does Holiness come from?


Make every effort to live in peace (there is no peace for the wicked) with everyone and to be Holy; without Holiness no one will See God.  (Hebrews 12:14)


Holiness comes from God’s Word and His Grace.


Our Daily Nugget

is letting us know that “No One Will See God Without Holiness”.  Peace is a Major Characteristic in “Holiness”.  God says that there is “No Peace for The Wicked”.  Make sure you know what Wicked is, and make sure it is not you.  Wicked people “always” want to fight and to never make peace; but “Point Fingers at others”.


What is Holiness?


Holiness - To be “set apart” from worldly ambitions for a life “Devoted to God”.

        It’s separateness that entails “Moral Purity”.

        Holiness “is not” never making a mistake or committing a sin. 


Holiness and the lack of Holiness, both starts between our ears, through Thinking, and unfolds in “How we Live”.  In the Bible, the opposite of holiness is not just sin, but commons (or profaneness), which means to be ordinary, mundane, or “Not Set Apart”.  Holiness fundamentally means being “Set Apart For God”, or being distinct from the ordinary.  Therefore, the opposite is to be not set apart, but rather to be like everything else that is common and ordinary. 


Kingdom Citizens “must” speak Truth and “must” speak things that are True.


The world will “Respect People Who Are Holy”; although, they will hate people who live Holy; God tells us this in the Bible.  Holiness and Truth will never be found without each other.  If we choose lies over the truth, we will not be able to be Holy.  There is Holy and there is Unholy.  Holy speak Truth, unholy speak lies.  


Here Again; We Must Be Very Careful concerning “Religion and Tradition, neither is the Bible and neither Instructs us in Biblical Living.  There are over three thousand Religions, and probably many times more for Traditions; neither has a lock on Holy Living.  Only The Bible has Instructions, a lock, on Holy Living.
