Thank The Lord.
Thank The Lord.
Thank Him for “The Good and the Bad”.
Give “Thanks in All Circumstances”; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
And we know that “All Things Work Together For Good” to them that “Love God”, to them that are “Called According to His Purpose”. (Romans 8:28)
A Thankful Spirit
“Will Not Allow the Spirit of Anxiety or Depression” to Enter our Heart/Mind.
Our Daily Nugget
instructs Believers to maintain an “Attitude of Gratitude” to God in “Every Situation”, “not just the good ones”, “Because This Is God’s Will For Them”. This “Act of Thankfulness” is considered “A Form of Trust” and is seen as a way to “Combat Anxiety and Bring Peace”. God’s Will for us, is Always Good For Us”. The Cross was not good, But, It Was God’s Will and it was Good For Us”.
To Trust and Thank God in All Situations is To
“Live by Faith and Not By Sight”.
Remember, “Faith is Like a Shield”, that we Believers are to use to “Put to Death Satan’s Attempt” to get us to live by Sight and not by Faith. Satan creates horrible situations in our lives, and through our Thinking we Focus on these horrible situations, which only makes them more horrible. We should focus on Jesus.
Consider Job, who was a just and fair man. Satan received permission from God to “wreck his life and the lives of his family”. Job did nothing but “Be Godly” to cause this. God allowed Satan to Test Job. Job did not read the Book of Job to show him that he should Trust God and Be Thankful for his problems. He had a Thankful and a Trusting Heart/Mind; this is what led him to say about God, “Even Though He Slay Me, I Will Trust Him”.
Let us ask God to give us a Trusting Spirit, like Job. Chill Out, Don’t Worry, Just, Enjoy the Kingdom Prepared for us Since the Foundation of the World. Job knew he was in Right Standing with God; A Right Standing will led us to Trust Him.
Today,
Be Thankful for the Good and the Bad, and Watch What Happens!
