Ashamed.
Ashamed.
Are you Ashamed of the Gospel?
For unto us “A Child is Born”, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
For I am “Not Ashamed” of the Gospel, because it is the Power of God that brings Salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
(Romans 1:16)
Do you say, “Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays”?
Christians Celebrate Jesus’ Birth, which brought Salvation to a Lost World.
The World Celebrate it as a Holiday, and a Time of Gift Giving and Receiving.
This scripture, spoken by the Apostle Paul, expresses his confidence in the Gospel as God’s Saving Power, “Not A Message to be Embarrassed about”, “Despite Potential Worldly Shame or Persecution. The world considers this time as Just another Holiday period and a “time to be off work and give and receive gifts”.
Christians Celebrate “Jesus’ Birthday”, not Happy Holidays.
If you are a Christian and say Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas;
Ask Yourself Why and Ask Yourself What Does Jesus Think of You Saying That?
There is a “Reason”, a Christian would say Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas. The world says, “Happy Holidays”, Kingdom Citizens say “Merry Christmas”. A Reason a Christian would say Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas, could be that “They Are Ashamed of The Gospel.
Remember, that everything we say, do, or think, “starts between our ears”, according to “What” “We Think”. One might say that it’s no big deal; Adam and Eve thought that and plunged the whole created world into darkness and lostness.
What We Say, makes the Difference between Life and Death!
We Christians Must “Guard our Mouths”; if we do not Guard our Mouths it’s evidence that we do not Guard our Thinking. We control “What” we Think, then, “What we Think Controls What We Do and Say”; and God holds us responsible.
Saying is a “Step in the Doing Process”, ask God to Bless you to “Think Right”.
We’ll Say Right as long as we Think Right, and we will Not Be Ashamed,
To say “Merry Christmas” to a Lost World.
