Sin Makes us “Liable For Destruction”.


Israel has sinned; they have “Violated” my “Covenant”, “which I commanded them to keep”.  They have taken some of the devoted things; “They Have Stolen”, “They Have Lied”, they have put them with their own possessions.  That is why the “Israelites Cannot Stand Against Their Enemies”; they turn their backs and run because they have been “Made Liable For Destruction”.  I will not be with you anymore “Unless You Destroy Whatever Among You Is Devoted to Destruction”.  (Joshua 7:11-12).


A “Repented Heart/Mind” is our Only Hope when our sins have 

“Made Us Liable For Destruction”.


Our DailyNugget

is letting us know that “Sin” “Makes Us Liable For Destruction”.  It is also letting us know that “A Repented Heart/Mind” is what is required to “Be Free of the Condemnation”.  We must “Fear The Lord”.  To Fear the Lord is to “Hate what God Hates and to Love What God Loves”.  This Fear leads us to an “Obedient Heart/Mind”.  Unless we Repent We Will Perish.


Repentance Pays Our Liability.

Continued Sin Makes us Liable for More Destruction.


“What Is Sin”?

Sin is Disobedience to God’s Word the Bible; sin is not disobedience to religion and tradition.  If we do not know God’s Word, the Bible, “How Can We Know If We Are Living In Sin or Not”.  “Way Too Often” we get caught up in “being like the people around us”; and this makes us “Think we are Safe”; while making us Liable For Destruction is God’s Sight.


Religion and Tradition “Is Not God’s Word”!

To Obey Religion and Tradition is “Not Obedience to The Bible” 


To be “Made Liable For Destruction” leads us to be “Unable To Protect Ourselves From Wickedness and Evil”.  We must Study the Bible to “Learn what Is and what Isn’t God Ordered”.


Free yourself and your household from this Liability,
