How Long?

                                                                             How Long?


We Determine “How Long”.


How long, Lord?  Will you forget me forever?  How long will you hide your face from me?  How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart (mind)?  How long will my enemy triumph over me?  

(Psalms 13:1&2)


But I Trust in your Unfailing Love; my heart (mind) rejoices in your Salvation.  I will sing the Lord’s praise, for He has been good to me.  (Psalms 13:5&6)


It is Until we say, “Yes to the Lord’s Way” and to “His Will”.


Our Daily Nugget

is saying to us that, we determine “How Long” our suffering will last and when our suffering will end.  How Long is determined between our ears through “Thinking”.   


Our scriptures are about King David, when he was “A Man On The Run”.  King David was Running from the “Fruit of His Sin and Wrongdoing”.  His son and the people was trying to kill him.  Now, he is asking the Lord, “How Long Must I Pay”?  The answer is also given, It Will Last Until We Say “Yes Lord”.


To say Yes Lord, is to say “I Trust You” and “No Longer Me”.


Either Jesus is the Captain of our Ship (heart/mind) or we are the Captain of our Ship (heart/mind).  As long as we run our lives the way we want, we are our captain.  When we run our lives the way we want, we are the Captain of Our Ship.


Jonah’s life was one of despair, without any peace or tranquility until he said, “Yes Lord”.  God will send us to the “belly of a whale” in His efforts to get us to say, “Yes Lord”.  Are you tired of having no peace, no joy, no hope; Know Now, that you can “Change It” “Whenever You Decide to Change It”.   


                                                                                     Just Die To Self!

 “We Die To Self” when we say “Yes to the Lord”.


To Put our Trust in the Lord, is to “Die to Self”.  When we Die to Self, we will “Rejoice in God’s Salvation”.  We will “Focus” on things that Lead to Life.  Our Living Follows our Focus!  A Heart/Mind stayed on Jesus “Cannot Be” a heart/mind stayed on Self.

“TODAY”;
