Above Reproach.
Above Reproach.
To be Peculiar and Unspotted “From The World”.
True devotion, the kind that is “pure and faultless” before God the Father, is this: “To Care For Orphans and Widows in their Difficulties" and to “Keep The World From Contaminating Us”. (James 1:27)
If you want to be Peculiar and Unspotted
from the world “Love Your Neighbor The Same Way You Love Yourself”.
Our Daily Nugget
is letting us know that Being Peculiar and Unspotted “Is Not” Living Without Committing Sin; it is Loving People. Love is doing for others, filling their needs. Being Peculiar and Unspotted is also “keeping yourself from looking and living like the world”.
Peculiar - A “Special Possession”, or “Treasured People”, exclusively belonging to God, rather than meaning strange or odd.
Reproach - Shame, disgrace, scorn, or extreme dishonor, often resulting from sin or opposition to God.
The World “does not” seek Truth, (God’s Word is the Only Truth) in conversations, but to get people to agree with “their Outlook and Understanding”. When we “Obey and Live Our Daily Nugget”, “We Will Be Above Reproach”.
Kingdom Citizens
“Must Be Peculiar” and we “Must Live Above Reproach”. When we say we are a Christian, a Kingdom Citizen, and live like the world lives, then our words are “Just Noise” to them, and worse they have no “respect for your belief”.
At the Judgement, Jesus said to the ones that He told to “Depart From Me, For I Never Knew You” “Wicked People”. Jesus said, “When I was hungry you didn’t feed me”, “when I was sick you didn’t come care for me”. If we are not “Living True Devotion”, the kind that is “Pure and Faultless”, How Can We Be Sure That We Know Jesus? To refuse to do this for our neighbor is refusing to do it for Jesus.
To “Do For Others”, what I would like “Others to do for me” is
“Living Above Reproach”; and shows “True Devotion”.
