We Will Either “Repent or Perish”.


Jonah began by going a day’s journey into the city, proclaiming, “Forty more days and Nineveh Will Be Overthrown”.  The Ninevites “Believed God”.  A fast proclaimed, and all of them, from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth.  

(Jonah 3:4&5) 

When God saw what they did and how “they turned from their evil ways”, He Relented and didn’t bring on them the destruction He had threatened.  (Jonah 3:10) 


Lot went outside to meet them and shut the door behind him and said, “No my friends.  Don’t do this wicked thing”.  Genesis 19:6&7)

Then the Lord rained down “burning sulfur” on Sodom and Gomorrah-from the Lord out of Heaven.  (Genesis 19:24) 


Nineveh “Repented and was Saved”.

Sodom and Gomorrah “Refused to Repent and Was Destroyed”.

We can Repent and Be Saved or We can Refuse to Repent and Be Destroyed.


Our Daily Nugget

is saying to us that; we will be destroyed, our lives, our households, our nation,  our Church family, anything, everything, our great society, etc.; will be destroyed, if we do not stop sinning and if we do not stop doing wrong.  Nobody Gets Away!


Repentance - Dying to “My Way” and Living to “God’s Way”.

Repentance is Required for Salvation to Occur.  Confession is Not Repentance!


After The Message we head toward Life or Death.  God Sends A Messenger Before He Sends Destruction.  Nineveh “Repented and was Saved”. Sodom and Gomorrah “Refused to Repent and Was Destroyed”.  We can Repent and Be Saved or We can Refuse to Repent and Be Destroyed.  Have God sent a messenger to you?


If you knew that many of the problems you’re facing in your life today is due to a particular area of sin you continued in, in the past, and if you could go back in time and relive that part; “Would You Do Right, This Time”?  Of course, that’s a yes.  


Well, No One Can “Change the Past”, But, We Can “REPENT”; 

and  “Be Free From The Penalty of That Sin”.
