Boss Leader or Servant Leader?


Jesus said to them, “You Will Indeed Drink From My Cup”, but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant.  These places belong to those whom they have been prepared by my Father.  When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers.  Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles ‘lord it over them”.  “Not so with you”.  Instead, whoever wants to become great among you “Must Be Your Servant”, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave-“Just As The Son of Man Did Not Come to Be Served”, “But To Serve”, and to “give his life as a ransom for many”.  (Matthew 20:23-28)


Boss Leadership “Is Not From God, But Satan”.

Jesus was a Servant Leader, False Teachers are Boss Leaders.

Servant Leaders say, “Follow Christ”; Boss Leaders say, “Follow Me”! 


A mother wanted her two sons to sit, one of the left and one on the right side of Jesus.  The other ten were mad at them for that request being made to Jesus.  Jesus knew that “all of them” had the wrong idea on Christian Leadership; as Christian Leadership is a call to die to self, “not a call to rule and rein” over others, like the world’s leaders and false teachers.


Our Daily Nugget

is saying that, True Greatness in Jesus’ Kingdom comes through “Servant Leadership”, not “Exercising Authority Like Worldly Rulers”!  Servant Leaders directs the membership to “Study the Bible”, to know what God’s Word Says and to Verify What The Servant Leader Says.  Boss Leaders “do not” direct the membership to Study the Bible, and to Verify What They Say; the boss leader says, “Follow Me” and I will tell you what the Bible says.


Demonic Spirits leads one to be a Boss Leader.

The Holy Spirit Leads One to be “A Servant Leader”.


We all are leaders and followers in some capacity or another; but, the real message here is your “Heart/Mind’s Desire”.  Is your Heart/Mind’s Desire to Be Served or To Serve?


Followers of the world Love to Be Served;

 Followers of The Word, Love To Serve.
