When Saying and Doing Don’t Match.


Why do you call me, Lord, Lord, “And Don’t Do What I say”?  (Luke 6:46)


Whoever says, I Know Him, but does not do what He commands is a liar, and the Truth is not in that person.  (1 John 2:4)


I Am A Christian; I Just Don’t Live Like It”.  That’s an Oxymoron! 


Our Daily Nugget

is Jesus questioning the “Hypocrisy” of “Calling Him Lord” while failing to Obey His Teachings.  It emphasizes that True Discipleship “Requires Action and Obedience”, “not just verbal profession”.


Lord - Signifies “Authority, Ownership, and Divinity”.   Our Lord “tells us what to do” and “we do it with all our might”.  


Only Jesus can Save and Deliver!

Is Jesus your Lord or are you your Lord?


We all are Born as Our Own Lord; this is our fallen state; for we all are Born in Sin and Shaped in Iniquity.  Jesus has come as our Lord and Savior to Deliver us from our Fallen State.  We must accept Jesus as our Savior and Lord!  A Savior Saves and A Lord Commands what is to be done.  Our Lord Commands us To Love the Lord and to Love our Neighbor As We Love Ourselves”.


To say that we “Know Jesus” and “Do Not Do What He Says”, 

is Evidence that we lied when we said we Believe.  If we do not Believe, we’re Lost.


Saying that we Believe “MUST” be followed by Obedience to our Lord’s Commands.  The Bible says His Commands are not too hard for us to Obey; therefore, “We Can Always Love”.  God Commands us to “Turn from sin” and when we commit a sin that we are to Repent and not chose to live in that sin.


When someone, who says they are a Believer, and do not obey our Lord’s Commands to Love, confuse the world and they will not Believe for this is  Hypocrisy.  Hypocrites run people away from Jesus to the world.  The world will say, “Those People Are Just Like Me”.  


                                                                            Beware of Religion and Tradition!


To Love your neighbor as you love yourself is evidence that you are not

 A Contradiction nor A Liar.
