Iron Sharpens Iron.
Iron Sharpens Iron.
A Sharpened Iron is Prepared to do God’s Work.
As Iron Sharpens Iron, so One Person Sharpens Another. (Proverbs 27:17)
Instead, “speaking the truth in love”, “We Will Grow” To Become In Every Respect The “Mature Body of Him” who is the head”, that is Christ. (Ephesians 4:15)
Rejoice at the Sharpening, “Looking Forward To The Fruit”..
Our Daily Nugget
is saying to us that Kingdom Citizens Speaking the Truth in Love to One Another will mature us and it is How we Keep One Another Spirituality Fit to Fight in this Spiritual War; scripture call this Process of Preparation and Maintenance, of the Kingdom Citizens, “Iron Sharpening Iron”.
If The Irons Do Not Sharpen One Another, “All The Irons Will Be Dull”.
Dull - In a biblical context, it refers to spiritual sluggishness, apathy, or a hardened heart that is slow to understand, receive, or obey God’s Word.
Thank God for the Sharpening! Iron, Sharpening Iron is like Pruning; it might cause us to say, “ooh, ooh, that hurts”, but its best for us. Love me Too Much, to Refuse to Sharpen Me! It’s Not Good nor Wise to go through Life, while Being Dull. Example; with a dull knife you have to work harder to cut anything.
Beware of a Conceited Spirit!
Conceited - Having an inflated, arrogant opinion of oneself, often described as “puffed up” or wise in one’s on eyes, which opposes humility. It is considered a dangerous from of “pride”. It is especially bad in a False Teacher.
The Demon of Conceit will lead it’s host to “hate” a person who comes to “speak the truth in love to them”, aka, “To Correct Them”. Conceited people are pride-filled and God instructs us to “Never Try To Correct Them”. The person who Refuses to Repent of a Conceited Spirit will live and die “as a fool”.
Bless Yourself and Your Household,
“Allow Iron to Sharpen You”!
