God’s Shield of Favor.


Surely, LORD, you bless the righteous, you surround them with your Favor “As With A Shield”.  (Psalms 5:12)


God’s Divine Favor acts as a large, 

encircling shield, offering security, honor, and blessing to those who Trust in Him.


Our Daily Nugget

is letting us know that God’s Divine Favor is a Blessing for the Righteous.


Favor - The Divine Approval, Grace, and tangible evidence of God’s delight and blessings on a person’s life, often acting as supernatural support or protection.  It is viewed as an unearned, underserved kindness-often termed “grace”, that brings special advantages, open doors, and enables accomplishments that cannot be achieved alone.


Righteous - Being in a Right Relationship with God and “acting” in accordance with His divine standards, character, and justice.  It is a relational faithfulness to God’s Covenant.  It implies living justly and upright in relationships with others.


God’s Favor is not available to the Unrighteous.

We can be wise and receive God’s Favor or foolish and receive Satan’s Favor.

Whichever we chose, to be wise or foolish, blesses or curses us and our household.


God’s Divine Blessings and God’s Divine Curses extends from the Righteous and the Unrighteous to their households. Love your neighbor, “Be Righteous”.


Acting, Living, according to God’s Standards moves God to declare favor on us; acting, living, in disobedience to God’s Standards brings curses.  To confess that we have sinned and to continue to live in that sin, without repentance, will not bring Favor but curses.  God is not mocked, we will reap what we sow.


To Sow for God’s Favor is to commit to Sincerity and Truth.  Our Heart/Mind must be committed to sincerity and truth, otherwise, our Heart/Mind will default to lies, and deception; which brings God’s curses on us and on our households.


Bring God’s Favor, “Love the Lord and Love your Neighbor”, and 

Watch God’s Favor on you and on your household.
