Our Words, our Actions, are “Testimonies”.


The world cannot hate you (His Brothers), but it hates me because I “testify” that its works are evil.  (John 7:7)


Testifying will cause one to be Hated by the world and Loved by the Word.


Our Daily Nugget

is about a bad case of “sibling rivalry”, about as old as salt, but about as active as the wind blowing.  Jesus’ brothers were jealous of the notoriety that Jesus was receiving and made a “sarcastic suggestion” stating that He should go to the festival, “since you want to be a public figure”, go where the public is. 


Testify - To bear witness, solemnly declare, or provide evidence regarding God’s Truth, Character, Works, or

               Commandments.


Jesus was hated; even by His brothers.


To Speak the Word and to Focus on Living the Word, will lead people to hate you.  Jesus said to his brothers, “The World Cannot Hate You”; because his brothers were not Light.  Always remember two things when this situation occurs; they hate you because God’s Light shinning through your Living, exposes the darkness in them and God is Pleased with you; because your life is a Testimony.


Jesus has already told us that “If they hated me, they will hate you”.


And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and “preach the gospel” to every creature.  (Mark 16:15-16)


To Obey this scripture will lead the world to get mad at you and to hate you.  This is the darkness’s way of combating the Light.  Notice how Jesus Responded!  Jesus knew their “hypocrisy”; He said, “no, you go to the festival”.


Jesus let God handle the Hypocrites; we should do Likewise.


Satan is looking for hearts, minds, receptive to his words; the more of God’s Word, The Light, that we store in our heart/mind, the greater our Defense is against his darkness.  The darkness and the light cannot dwell together; Satan must flee.


Commit to Speaking the Truth and Living the Truth; Your Testimony,

And Pray for the Haters.
