With Me.
With Me.
The Lord is My Shepherd, He is Always “With Me”.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are “With Me”; your rod and your staff, “they comfort me”. (Psalms 23:4)
He is Always “With Me”, therefore, I Shall Fear No Wickedness nor Evil.
Our Daily Nugget
is letting us know that when the Lord is “With Us” that we should fear no evil. Evil is the action arm of wicked thinking, people who have chosen to obey the demonic spirit that is leading them to do hurt, harm, discomfort, to another. The Lord being With Us gives us protection from anything people can do to us. But, we must be considered “Righteous”.
The Lord is the Shepherd of the Righteous; He is not the Shepherd of the Wicked. Are you wicked or righteous? To think to do things that will cause hurt, harm, discomfort, to another, is to be Wicked. There is never a justifiable reason in God’s sight to be wicked and evil. Many, if not most of the people who are wicked and evil, don’t know it. Prayerfully, ask the Lord to make you aware of “When” you are Thinking Wickedly and to Prevent you from Doing Evil.
Things the Lord will do for us when He is Our Shepherd.
1. He leads the sheep besides "still waters", not by running rivers.
Sheep cannot drink water from a running river; the water must be still.
2. He makes us to lie down in “green pastures”; not prairie like land.
The green pastures has rich nutrients, it’s healthy for the body and heart/mind.
3. The Lord “Refreshes our Soul”.
The Soul can become weary and tired, our Shepherd “Refreshes our Soul”.
4. He guides us along the “Right Paths”.
Our Shepherd will do this as often as we allow Him to.
5. Our Shepherd is with us even when we go through the darkest valleys.
6. Our Shepherd’s Rod and Staff comforts us; they are protection and direction.
Our Shepherd is “With Us” All Day. The Lord, Our Shepherd Knows What We Have need of, even before we ask. It is Impossible for Our Shepherd to Let Us Down; He Is “With Us”.
Trust the Lord to be your Shepherd,
and Watch What Happens.
