Better Than I Deserve.

                                                                  Better Than I Deserve.

Thank God for His “Amazing Grace”.

He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.  (Psalms 103:10)

For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God, and all are justified freely by “His Grace” through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. (Romans 3:23&24)

For He knows our form; He is mindful that we are nothing but dirt.  (Psalms 103:14)

Even our

Best Efforts are like Filthy Rags before God, but, He Wants our Best Efforts.

Our Daily Nugget

scriptures are reminders that we should always be Thankful and Grateful, and that “We All” are “Better Than We Deserve”.  We might like to think that we are “not so bad” and “that we can try to do better”; that is admirable but it is worldly and worthless.  God says, the Heart/Mind is wicked, above all things, who can know it?

The facts are: God is So Holy and Pure, that we could not even look on His face and live; and we know and understand so little, compared to all knowledge.  No one can “Change The Past”.  Even if we could change the past, it would do us no good, as “Our Best Efforts are Like Fifty Rags Before God”.

God Loves Us and Sees us as Righteous,

“Due to Our Faith in Jesus’, not based on what we do, but “What We Think”.

We could not Do Enough Right to be Considered Righteous by God.  No one can Save Themselves through Doing Right.  Our Salvation is due to “God’s Amazing Grace” and our Faith in Jesus the Christ. To understand that “We Are Better Than We Deserve” leads us to Be Thankful, Grateful and Humble, with a Heart/Mind Fixed on “Pleasing God” by “Loving the Lord and Loving Our Neighbors.  Humility is essential to a Thankful and Grateful Heart/Mind.

God gives us Grace Freely, we should give One Another Grace Freely Also. Give and “It” shall be given back until you, multiplied, pressed down, shaken together and running over, “Shall We Receive”; even Grace.

The Heart/Mind that is Thankful that they are “Better Than They Deserve”,

is a Heart/Mind “Ready to Represent Christ”.

“Represent Well”!
