Last Day To Love.

                                                                      Last Day To Love.

What God Gives to us, “Is For Us And For Others”.

But God said to him, You fool!  This very night your life will be demanded from you.  Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?   This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves “but is not rich toward God” (Luke 12:20&21)

What would be Important to you, if Today Was Your Last Day To Love?

Our Daily Nugget

is telling us that if we “Hoard Only For Ourselves”,

what God has given to us, that we “Are Not Rich Toward God”.

We become Rich Toward God when we Give to One Another on earth.  Every time we do for another person, we become Richer Toward God.  God has all of Eternity to give us Returns from what we give to another who is in need.

God greatly blessed the rich farmer with a “massive harvest” from his farm.  This massive harvest could have fed many hungry and poor people.  The rich farmer “Could Have Loved Many People”, but, “He Only Considered Himself”.  He decides to build bigger barns to store his massive harvest, that God gave to him instead of using his massive harvest to Love.

God calls him, “a fool” because he banks entirely on material wealth and physical security while “ignoring his spiritual state and relationship with God”.  God called him a fool because he was very foolish.  God calls us fools also, when we can only use for ourselves what he has given to us, for us and for others.

Life is Fragile and Temporary.

The passage warns against hoarding wealth for oneself instead of being “Rich Toward God”.

When we are Rich Toward God, we have “All Eternity” to be Blessed by God in Heaven.  Remember, whatever we give will be “given back to us, multiplied, pressed down, and running over”.

Greed will say to us, “You Need All You’ve Got”.

Commit to Being Rich Toward God “First”, then “Store Up For Yourself”.
