Conflict.

                                                                                Conflict.

The Goal:  To Resolve, Not to Win.

What causes fights and quarrels among you?  Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you?  You desire but do not have, so you kill.  (James 4:1-2)

A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel.  Proverbs 15:18)

The Bible Teaches that Conflict

“often stems from selfish desires”, but call Believers to pursue peace, control their speech, and seek reconciliation.

Let the Lord Rebuke people.

Conflict - An inevitable part of a fallen human world that stems from “selfish desires”, pride, and sin, but it also serves as an opportunity for spiritual growth, humility, and reconciliation.

The First Conflict in The Bible, “stemmed from a selfish desire”.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was “pleasant to the eyes”, and a “tree to be desired” to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also to her husband with her; and he did eat.

Soon after the “evil desire conceived” Conflict occurred between Adam, Eve and the snake.  Adam blamed and accused Eve, Eve blamed and accused the snake, the snake didn’t have anyone left to blame.  Snakes will be snakes, causing conflict.

Bible Scripture Backs Up The Wisdom in Resolving Conflicts, not Winning.

Proverbs 15:1: A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh answer stirs up anger.

James 1:19-20 : Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.

Ephesians 4:26:  In your anger do not sin:  Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.

God Forgave us, due to the Conflict Resolution of Jesus.

Jesus said to us that, the things He did, that we should do also and greater things.

The Other Side of Conflict is “Peace, Joy, Harmony, Unity, Oneness”; Go to the Other Side Today.

Don’t Let Pride rob you of The Other Side!
