Patience's "Perfect Work".

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. (James 1:2-4)

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,  because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (James 1:2-4)

Patience’s “Perfect Work”.

I heard a man say, I want patience and I want patience “Right Now”!

Our Daily Nugget

is James teaching us about “Trails and Temptations!

Facts of Life.

Trails and temptations come to “Make Us Strong” & Trouble don’t “Last Always”.

James is letting us know the

“True Value from Trails and Temptations” and why we should consider them as “Pure Joy” with a “Thankful Heart and Mind”!

Therefore, we should view trails as “assets” not as “liabilities”.  For patience to have its perfect work we must go through “various” trails; these trails are really the “Testing of our Faith”.  After one trail comes another, after one test we will have another.  This is fine, it is a good and normal thing, needed to “mature”.

We all need for patience to have its perfect work.

Life is like a school, where we are always learning.  It is understood that in school you take test.  It is through these test that our “maturity” or lack thereof is shown.  Without test, we will never know where we “stand in life”, God already knows. The test is for us to know.  We should not wait all our life to mature.

As long as we are children, others will be in charge of our “Inheritance”.

The Crown of Life – This should be Our Focus and Goal.

Blessed is the one who “perseveres” under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the “crown of life” that the Lord has promised to those who love him. The “Benefits” from the Crown of Life starts now, before we die and go to Heaven.

To Love the Lord is to Obey the Lord,

without Obedience there is no Love, there is “Just Noise”!  Where is the love for our brother if we are not “concerned enough to help” our brother?

We must “Endeavor to Persevere”!

Quitters never win, and winners never quit!

The Prizes of Life are given at the End of the Race!

Looking back on our life, we can see where our greatest “growth”, “maturity” has occurred during our greatest trails.  We learn things about ourselves and about others that we would have never learned without the trails; things we need to know.

Certain “knowledge” and “understanding” is only obtained during Trails.

This knowledge is already known by God, the trails are for us to learn and mature.

Never ask, “Why Me”; it is an unintelligent question and leads to darkness.

Ask God to Bless you with the “Wisdom” to

consider each trail in your life today as a “great asset” sent to you by God because He Loves you; the way He loved Job. Thank Him for each trail,

And Watch What Happens.
