Kingdom Citizens, “Dare to Be Different”!

 

Beloved, I beg you as “sojourners and pilgrims”, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having your conduct “honorable” among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, “by your good works which they observe”, “glorify God in the day of visitation”.  ( 1 Peter 2:11 & 12)

 

Kingdom Citizens is “Visitors Here”!

Kingdom Citizens are Different from “What They Were”!

Kingdom Citizens is Born Again, New Creatures, who “Dare to be Different”!

 

Our Daily Nugget is Peter telling the people and us that “Jesus is the Chosen Stone” and We (Believers) are the Chosen Generation.  We are chosen to “not only” spend eternity with Jesus, but we are also chosen to “Dare to be Different from the World” today. This difference will be “Light for a Dark World” and will lead those in the darkness to the Light and Life that Jesus offers.

 

Nothing Should Be More 

Important to a Kingdom Citizen than leading those in the darkness to “The Light”.

 

Look at How Peter Told the People What They Are; This is Us! 

But you are a “chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people”, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light, who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.  (1 Peter 2:9&10)

We will not be able to live and obey and be, this scripture with a “Selfish Spirit”!

 

New Creatures “Live Differently” Then the old creatures!

People who lied when they said they believe, continue to live like the old creature!

The world has “nowhere” to follow us to if we Live Just Like Them.

Dare to Be Different!

 

Ask God to Bless you to Live So Differently From The World, Till When 

The World “See” You, they Will Know What Jesus is Like,

And Watch What Happens!
