Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.  (Psalms 51:5)


What Does it Mean to be “Free” From Sin?


Our Daily Nugget

is letting us know “Our Fallen State”!  None of us asked to be born like this, nor did we do anything to cause it; nevertheless “This Is Our Fallen State”.  God Loves us “Too Much” to allow us to enter into eternity in this Fallen State.  


Therefore, God devised a Plan.  A “Human Sacrifice For Our Sins Is What Was Needed”.  The sacrifice could not have been born in sin; the sacrifice had to be “Pure”, free from sin.  No human man could be the Father of the Sacrifice, so God impregnated a woman who gave birth to the sacrifice, Jesus.


To “Believe” in Jesus as The Sacrifice “Sets Us Free”.

We are Set Free form the Penalty, the Power and eventually the Presence of sin!


Free - Freedom from sin, bondage, and the law, signifying liberation and “the ability to live a life in accordance with God’s Will”.  This freedom is a gift from God, through Jesus Christ, enabling believers to live a life of spiritual and moral freedom.

Have mercy on me. O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions.  Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.  For I know my transgressions and my sin is always before me.  Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight; so you are justified when you judge (Psalms 51:1-4)


To Be Free is to be Free from Sin; to be Free from Sin Occurs in our Heart/Mind!  The more we focus on Jesus, the Word, the Bible, the more Freedom we will experience.  God’s Word is “The Key” to the “Prison” of our Heart/Mind.


Freedom From Sin, Sets Us Free to 

“Love the Lord and to Love Our Neighbor, as we Love Ourselves”.
