                                                                            Why Truth?


Truth is “Freedom”.


To the Jews who had “believed” Him, Jesus said. “If You Hold To My Teaching”,  you are really my disciples. “THEN” you will Know the Truth, and “The Truth Will Set You Free”.  (John 8:31&32)


We Must Know and Obey the Bible; to be set Free the Power of Sin!  


Freedom from the Power of sin, 

does not mean that one would never commit sin, but, it does mean that one would  “Never Commit to Sinning”.  Repentance, after belief, is a Bridge to this Freedom.


                                                                    Our Daily Nugget

is Jesus talking to the Jews who “Believed Him”.  Even though they Believed; Jesus said to them “If you Hold to My Teaching”, “Then You will Know the Truth”; Knowledge of the Truth Can Set Us Free”.  This is Freedom from the Penalty and from the Power of Sin.  Belief alone is not sufficient to be set free from the Power of sin; we must have Knowledge, Truth.  We Must Obey the Bible!


Two Ways to Obtain Knowledge, Truth:

through Revelation of the Word from God and through Study of the Word.


God gave Saul Knowledge through Revelation, Saul did not Study and no one explained it to him; God even led him away from the Disciples.  God commands Believers to Study, which we must do in order to Know what Jesus’ Teachings are.  


The Bible says that the difference between a “wise person and a foolish person is”: “a wise person knows what to do” and “a fool only thinks they know what to do”.  We must “Be Wise” to be Set Free.  The foolish will be held in captivity. 


If we do not Know the Truth, we do not Know Error; Error is Captivity; to Walk/Live in error is to Walk/Live Wrong and as a Prisoner of Satan.  Satan roams around nonstop, looking for the Heart/Mind that “Does Not Know Truth”; aka “Those Who Refuse to Study and Obey The Bible”. 


An individual or a nation Without Truth Leading the Way

 is  a individual or a nation on its way to death and to destruction; “When God Says Enough”.


God’s Word is the Only Truth; “For Freedom”; Learn it, Obey it, and Be Free!

Come.
