I Believe, Help My Unbelief.
Jesus said to him, If you can “believe”, “All Things Are Possible” to him who “believes”. Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, Lord, “I Believe; Help my Unbelief”. (Mark 9:23-24)
I Believe I am Saved from
Going to Hell when I die, but not Saved from the Issues in Life.
Our Daily Nugget
is about a man whose son was tormented by a demonic spirit and the father had gone to Jesus to drive the demonic spirit out of his son. The father was at his Witts End on how to deal with it. He asked Jesus if He would heal his son. Jesus said, “All Things Are Possible If You Believe”. The father cried, “I Believe, but I also Don’t Believe”.
At first glance we might ask, “how can someone believe and not believe”? Chances are very good that the person you see in the mirror does it often. The Christian “Believes in Jesus as the Son of God, with All Power”; but to believe that he is going to save me from this particular dilemma; I Don’t, I Doubt in Unbelief.
The Father Asked The Lord to “Save Him From His Unbelief”.
The Lord answered his prayer, immediately. This is what we must prepare our heart/mind to do when we are confronted with dilemmas. We can fret or we can pray. When we pray, “Believe”, and Thank the Lord for answering our prayer, considering it “Already Done”.
Whatever You Want, “Ask The Lord For It”.
Ask the Lord, To Bless you with the Ability to Always Believe.
This Belief leads us to Exercise Our Faith; Exercising our Faith makes Satan Flee.
The Lord loves it when we come to Him for His Help. To the parents, “How Glad Are You When Your Child Comes to You For Help”? Our Daily Nugget says, “All Things Are Possible to Those Who Believe”. This Belief is not just accepting the Lord as a fact, “It Is To Trust The Lord to Hear and to Answer Your Prayer”.
The Lord is saying, “Prove Me ‘Now’ Herewith, Put Me to the Test, With This”!
