Blessed.
Blessed.
It’s Not Lucky;
The Bible Does Not Contain The Word, Lucky.
“Every” good and perfect gift “is from above”, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. (James 1:17)
One of them (the ten), when he saw he was healed, “came back”, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and “Thanked Him”-and he was a Samaritan (they were not respected by the Jews). (Luke 17:15-16)
Honor God by Thanking Him, When Good Things Happen To You.
Our Daily Nugget
is telling us that “Every good and perfect gift is from God” and “not luck”. God want us to say Thank You, when He does Good Things for us. Everything, good and bad, that happens to us, “Must Go Through God First”. We also see that Ten men, who had been blessed by God, they were cured of leprosy, but only one came back to say Thank You. He is being remembered now, though out all time.
To say, I was lucky, is to attempt to steal God’s Glory.
God wants all the Glory that is Due To Him. It is dangerous to Steal God’s Glory.
Ask Nebuchadnezzar; he’ll tell you all about it.
When we “Say”, Thank You Lord; it is due to our “Heart/Mind, our Thinking” being on The Word; “Our Mouths Speak What Our Heart/Mind Is Filled With”. Therefore, when good things happen “we automatically give God the Glory; and not some thing the world call luck”.
The Words we Speak, “Leads to Life or Death”.
It is impossible for the words, “I was lucky”, to lead to life; those words can only lead to death. If those three words might not sound so bad and worthy of death; that is our opinion, “Not God’s Word”. I know a person who ate a fruit he was told not to eat and his sentence was death, for him, his wife, and all their offspring, us.
If you heard on the news that a man was sentence to death in the gas chamber for eating a fruit he was told not to eat; “What Would You Think Of That”?
Solomon warned us to be careful “What we Think”;
because “What we Think” “Determines What we Speak”.
