I Will not have A Rock to Speak in My Place.


I tell you, he replied, “If they keep quiet” “the rocks will cry out”.  (Luke 19:40)


The Rocks Will Speak, if the Christians “Hold Their Peace”.


Our Daily Nugget

is telling us that no religion, nor tradition, nor religious leaders, nor any group of people, have “a lock” on Jesus.  To accept Jesus is an “Option, Equally, for the whole world”.  Beware of Religions and Traditions, they tend to Segregate.  Remember, religions nor traditions are “Christianity”.  Our Daily Nugget is Jesus’ Reply to those Jealous, Religious Leaders.


Praise - The “active expression” of honor, adoration, and gratitude directed toward God for who He is and what He has

             done.


The Context and Meaning of our Daily Nugget.


The Setting:  This statement happened during Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem on a donkey, as his disciples joyfully praised God and shouted “Hosanna”.


The Conflict:  The religious leaders (Pharisees) told Jesus to scold and silence his new followers for praising Him.


The Message:  Jesus replied that the praise was entirely “necessary and unstoppable”.  Many generally agree that Jesus meant the truth of who He is “cannot be suppressed”.  If humans refuse to acknowledge or praise God, creation itself-even inanimate rocks, will step up to “testify and declare His Glory”.


God’s People are of All Creeds and Races;

“Do You Segregate?”  Why?


After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.  (Revelation 7:9)


And he made from “one man” “every nation of mankind” to live on all the face of the earth.  (Acts 17:26)


Who are “Your Brothers and Sisters”?  Will the Rocks Speak For You”?

If only people who look like you can praise him, you’ll not praise Him in Heaven.
