The Wisdom of Patience.

                                                                 The Wisdom of Patience.

Patience Will “Prevent” Foolishness.

A person’s “wisdom yield patience”; it is to one’s “glory” to overlook an offense.  A King’s rage is like the roar of a lion, but his favor is like dew on the grass.  A foolish child is a father’s ruin, and a quarrelsome wife is like the constant dripping of a leaky roof.  (Proverbs 19:11-13)

We are “Not Wise”, when we are Impatient; we are “Foolish”!

Our Daily Nugget

is written by Solomon, “the wisest man to have ever lived”; He knows what he is talking about.  Patience leads to life, foolishness leads to death.  For a father to have a foolish child “is a father’s ruin” and to have a quarrelsome wife is like the “constant dripping of a leaky roof”.  Without patience, it is impossible to deal with either “correctly”.  The Wisdom of Patience, will show you The Way.

Patience is “Living by Faith and not by Sight”.

It is Great Wisdom to Pray for the Wisdom of Patience.

Everybody “can be wise”, but everybody is “not wise”.  The Word’s Wisdom, shows up in our Patience, the World’s Foolishness shows up in our Impatience.  The “fruit” of our Thinking will show up in Patience or Impatience.  Hearing and obeying the Holy Spirit is Wisdom; Hearing and obeying the Demonic Spirit is Foolishness.

We and Our Household will “Eat the Fruit” of Patience!

We and our Household will also “Eat the Fruit” of our Impatience!

Patience - Defined as both forbearance (not giving way to anger or frustration) and endurance (withstanding trials and difficulties).  It is a Fruit of the Spirit, signifying “a quality of self-control” and “The Ability to Wait on God’s Will”.  It is also seen as a way of showing “grace and love”, mirroring God’s own patience with humanity.

God’s Patience with us, is “How” we are to be Patient with One Another.  Patience is how we live in “Harmony” with one another.  Patience is an act of Loving our neighbor the way we love ourselves.  Patience is evidence that we “Trust God to Run His World”; impatience is evidence that we “Do Not Trust God to Run His World”; “therefore We Act”.

Let the Wisdom of Patience:

Be The Salvation for You and Your Household!
