The “Freedom” to Live Between the “Lines of Life”!

 

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.  Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by “a yoke of slavery”.  (Galatians 5:1)

 

Self-Control, The Fruit of “Thinking Right”!

Self-Control, Self-Discipline, is “required” in our Living,

otherwise, we run the risk of being burdened “again” by “a” yoke of slavery!

 

My “yoke of slavery”, my “weakness”, may be different than yours; Christ has set both of us free from our “yoke of slavery”.  We “stand firm” in this freedom through Self-Control, Self-Discipline”.  Otherwise, we will become burdened “again” by it.

 

To Stand Firm requires Love!

The “Command”  we have is “To Love!

We are to utilize the Shield of Faith to Stand Firm!

The only thing that counts is “Faith ‘expressing’ itself through Love”!

 

Self-control, self-discipline, or the lack thereof, is the “Fruit” or “End” of our Thinking Process, our heart/mind.  Solomon said for us to “Be careful ‘what’ we Think”, for through Our Thinking “we set” the boundaries of our Life.  If we look at where we are in life today, we can trace it back to our Thinking, in our yesterdays.

                          Our Thinking today will show itself in our living tomorrow.

 

Foolish Thinking is, the road, the thinking, to be burdened again by our yoke of slavery.  We are New Creatures and our Thinking” must be that of a New Creature.  Filling our Thinking Process, our heart/mind, with the Word, the Bible, increases our desire and ability to “Stand Firm”.  The Holy Spirit will show us The Way, when we come to our cross, or are faced again with our yoke of slavery, temptations.

 

Always remember that “At The Cross Jesus Will Carry You Through”!

Ask the Savior to “Help You”, to Comfort, to Strengthen You”!

 

Ask God to Bless You with the Wisdom To

Stand Firm through Faith and Love,

And Watch What Happens!
