Free Yourself Today; Surrender!

 

Behold, I was born in guilt, in sin my mother conceived me.  (Psalms 51:7)

But there is another power within me that is at war with me mind (heart).  This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me.  (Romans 7:23) 

 

For the Kingdom Citizen, “Surrender” is Victory.

 

                              The “sinful self” has us all held captive to sin.  

           We cannot live good enough to obtain our Freedom; “We Must Surrender”.

Surrendered – To cease resistance and to submit to “Authority”.

 

In the world to surrender means that you are now a captive prisoner, without Freedom.  In the Word to surrender means that you are now “Free To Love” the Lord and your Neighbor.  God cannot use us in the Kingdom Until We Surrender.

 

Even though we accept Jesus The Christ as our Lord and Savior we must “surrender self” to God’s Will “Daily”.  We are slaves until we surrender.  When we surrender, it is no longer My Will Be Done, now it is Thine Will Be Done.  God’s Will is found in His Word, The Bible.  God’s Will is not found in religion nor tradition, but in the Word Alone, the Bible.  If we do not Study, how do we know what surrender is?

 

Until we surrender, we will be like Saul, until he met Jesus.  When Saul met Jesus, he surrendered and became the New Creature Paul.  We will know if we surrendered or not because, things we use to do, we don’t do anymore.  We used to go to the world for direction and instruction, now we go to the Word, the Bible, for direction and instruction.  Saul surrendered and became a New Creature in his “Living”.

 

To say I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior and to Live like I did before I said I accept Jesus are my Lord and Savor, according to the Bible, means “I Lied”.  When people meet Jesus, they are A New Creature; “It Has No Choice But To ‘Show’ Itself in Our Living”.  The Bible says, the old “has” passed away; the New “has” come.

 

Examine Your Living; “Are You New or Still Old”?

Saul was in the top of His Class, “religion and tradition”, but the bottom of God’s Class, “Love”.  This is the state of any person who say I believe, and still “Live The Same”, while Thinking they are working for Jesus.
