Falling in Love with Jesus.

Falling in Love with Jesus.   Is the “Best Thing” I’ve Ever Done.   As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you.  Abide in my love.  “If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my Love”, just as I have kept my Father’s Commandments and abide in His Love.  These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full”. (John 15:9-11)   “Falling in Love with Jesus” is “Abiding In His Love”.   Our Daily Nugget is explaining to us How To Fall In Love With Jesus.  Jesus is letting us know that He will Love us as God has Loved Him. He says, “If” we keep God’s commandments we will “Abide in His Love”.  God commands us to do two things; To Love the Lord and to Love our Neighbor, the way we ...

The Church.

The Church.   Being the Church and Having Church.   Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much more as you see “The Day Approaching”.  (Hebrews 10:25) Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, “Inherit the Kingdom” prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in.  (Matthew 25:34&35…)   Our Daily Nugget is letting us know that “Being the Church” benefits others; “Having Church” benefits ourselves.  To benefit others is to provide for their needs; we make them healthy a...

The Temple.

The Temple.   Our Bodies are the Temple of God.   All who “declare” that Jesus is the Son of God have God “Living in Them”, and they “Live in God”. (1 John 4:15) If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.  (1 Corinthians 3:16&17)   God Living in the Temple and the Temple Living in God. When God Lives in the Temple, the Temple Loves the Lord and their Neighbors.   Declare – To make known or to set forth.                 To announce or express something clearly and publicly.   What We Do Speaks “so loud” Till No One Hears What We Say! Is the Son of God Livin...

The Righteous.

The Righteous.   Will “Trust in the Lord”.   Offer the “Sacrifices of the Righteous” and “Trust in the Lord”.  (Psalms 4:5) Though He slay me, yet will I Trust in Him.  (Job 13:15)   The “Sacrifice of the Righteous”.  The Righteous are not people who  “never commit sin”, the Righteous are people who “never commit to sinning”.    Our Daily Nuggets  are about two “Righteous Men”, King David and Job.  King David was being punished for something that he did wrong, and Job was being punished for something he did right.  One might ask; why would God allow punishment for something one does that is right.  The answer, “for many possible reasons”, His Ways are fa...

Confession.

Confession.   We can “Confess”, and we can “Tell”.   Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not “cover up my iniquity”.  I said, “I will ‘confess’ my transgressions to the Lord”.  And you forgave the guilt of my sin.   (Psalms 32:5)   God knows all our sins, even ones that we do not know. “Telling” God about our sins is, just that, “Telling” God about our sins.   Our Daily Nugget is letting us know that “forgiveness” from God is available when we “confess” our sins to God; “forgiveness” is not available when we “only tell” our sins to God.  To confess our sin today, while “planning” on committing that sin again tomorrow is “Mocking God”, not “Confessing to God”. ...

Forgive.

Forgive.   Why Should I Forgive?   For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.  (Matthew 6:14-15) Do not judge, and you will not be judged.  Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned.  Forgive, and you will be forgiven.  (Luke 6:37)   Set yourself “Free”; “Forgive”!   Forgive – To no longer hold sin or an offense done to you against someone.                 To let it go, “with a right attitude”, kind, gentle, sincere, humble.   The fact that...

The Choice.

The Choice.   The Word or the World?   “Today” I have given you “The Choice” between life and death, between blessings and curses.  Now I call heaven and earth to witness “The Choice” you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!    (Deuteronomy 30:19)   Life or Death, Blessings or Curses! The Word guides to the Right Choice, the World guides to the Wrong Choice. Our Daily Nugget is telling us that:  Each day is a new “Today”.  When a new Today begin another yesterday becomes history, the past.  We cannot change the history nor the past; therefore, all we really have is “Today”. Each day God gives us “The Choice” to choose Life ...
