                                                              Man’s “Best Friend”!   Jesus is “Man’s Best Friend”!   This is my commandment, that you love one another “as I have loved you”.  Greater love has no one than this “Than to Lay Down One’s Life For His Friends”.  You are my friends “If you do Whatever I Command You”.  (John 15:12-14)     Jesus is our Best Friend, “IF”, We Do Whatever He Commands Us!   For the Kingdom Citizen who Loves; Jesus is Your Best Friend.  For the unsaved and the disobedient Jesus cannot be your best friend. There is a saying, a dog is man’s best friend; this saying came about because a dog will lay down his life for you.  This is also what “a friend” will do for you.   Jesus “Is” man’s “Best Friend” or man’s “Best Enemy”, “We Decide”!   Friend – They stand by your side when others would leave.  They care about us holistically and help us when life gets hard.  “Faithful” are the wounds of a friend;  profuse are the kisses of an enemy.  (Proverbs 27:6).

                                                             Practice Makes Perfect!   Let Us Practice Loving Each Other!   Dear friends, “let us practice loving each other”, for love comes from God and those who are loving and kind show that they are children of God, and that they are getting to know God better.  But if a person isn’t loving and kind, it shows that he doesn’t know God-for God is Love.  God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son into this wicked world to bring to us eternal life through his death.  In this act we see what “Real Love Is”: it is not our love for God but His love for us when He sent His Son to satisfy God’s anger against our sins.  Dear friends, “since God loved us as much as that, we surely ought to love each other too”.  (1 John 4:7-11)    New Creatures Love!                                                                    To “Know Him”!   “To Know” that you, “Know Him”!    Now by this “we know that we know Him” (are Saved), “If We Keep His Commandments”.  He who says, “I Know Him”, and does not keep His Commandments, “Is A Liar”, and “the truth (God’s Word is Truth) is not in Him”.  “By this ‘We Know’ that We Are In Him” (Saved).   But if anyone obeys His Word. “Love for God is truly made ‘Complete’ in them”.  This is how we “Know” we are In Him. (1 John 2:3-5)   God’s Command is “To Love”! How Do You Know That you Know the Lord? Treating People the Way You Would Like People to treat you “Is Love”!   Our Daily Nugget is making it plain, if we do not Love, we lied, when we said we believe.  To Love is not to never commit a sin; “To Love” is to “Treat People the Way You Would Like People to Treat You”.  This is Obedience to the Command to Love.  All obedience outside of this command without this command leading the way is “Noise”.  To make

                                                              The Froward Mouth!   A Heart/Mind Filled with Disdain and Jealousy! Now the Jews’ Feast of Tabernacle was at hand.  “His (Jesus’) brothers therefore said to Him”.  Depart from here and go into Judea, that “Your Disciples” may see the works that “You Do”.  For no one does anything in secret, while he himself  “seeks to be known openly”.  “If” you do these things, reveal yourself to the world.  For even His brothers did not believe in Him.  (John 7:2-5)   When we say what we don’t mean and don’t mean what we say. Today we call it “The Smart Mouth”; better stated “The Dumb Mouth”.                                                                 Who Lives in You?   Does Christ Live in You or do You live in You?   For through the law, I died to the law so that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.   The life I now live in the body, I live by Faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.  (Galatians 2:20)   Christ or Self Lives in me, but not both. The answer to our title and subtitle will show itself in “How We Live”!   Our Daily Nugget occurs fourteen years after Saul met Jesus and was renamed Paul by Jesus and sent to Preach the Gospel to the Gentiles.  Saul was famous for persecuting the Church.  He held fast to religions and traditions until he met Jesus.  The apostles did not trust that Paul had repented and become a Kingdom Citizen.   After Paul explained to them how Jesus sent him to preach to the gentiles like Jesus sent the apostles to preach the gospel to the Jews, they were

                                                           Your Light is Needed! Without “Your Light”, the World Cannot See!   For you were “once darkness”, but now you are “Light In The Lord”.  “Live” as children of “Light” (for the “Fruit of the Light” consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.  Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather “expose” them.  (Ephesians 5:8-11)   This is what the “Life of The Kingdom Citizen” looks like!   Our Daily Nugget are making certain things plain:  1.  We were “once” in darkness, but now we are “Light in the Lord”.  2.  We are to “Live” as children of Light, not like children of darkness.  3.We are to “find out” what Pleases the Lord.  4.  We are to have nothing to do with dark deeds.  5.  We are to “expose” dark deeds (this is not judging).   The Light we have is for us and for others. After “The End” –  Is “The Beginning”.   A “wise person” thinks about “death”, but a “fool” thinks only about having a “good” time.  (Ecclesiastes 7:4) They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.  He that goeth forth and weepeth, “bearing ‘precious’ seed”, “Shall Doubtless” come again with “rejoicing”, bringing his sheaves with him.  (Psalms 126:5-6).   What we Think about governs How We Live Today. The Prizes of Life are given “after the end” of the race; not Today. God keeps track of everything, He rewards good deeds.  Everything that has begun, in the physical world,  Shall End!  A “Well Lived Today” is “Wise Preparation” for After The End!  The more We “Walk, Live” in obedience to the Bible, the better we Live Today Well!  Thinking about having a good time is not living today well.   Our Daily Nugget is great instructions and wisdom on how to live as Kingdom Citizens here on earth.  We “Sow in Tears” wh

                                                            The Spirit & Our Purpose!   The Spirit “Knows” Our Purpose and Us!   And He who searches our hearts (minds) knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit “intercedes” for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.  And we know that “In ‘All Things’ ‘God Works’ for the Good of those Who Love Him”, who have been called according to “His Purpose”.  (Romans 8:27&28)   Do You “Love the Lord”?  Love is not a Feeling, it’s a Doing. To Love the Lord is to Obey the Lord.  Obeying the Bible is Obeying the Lord. There is just “Too Much” We Don’t Know!  We must “Learn” to hear and to obey the Holy Spirit.  We must Trust the Leadership of the Spirit, concerning Our Purpose!   God says, My sheep hears My voice and non-other will they follow. Ask God to Bless You to Hear and to Obey the Spirit.  The Spirit World controls the Physical World.  The Spirit knows Our Purpose; He is like our Road Map for Living!  The Spirit sees d

                                                               The Purpose of Pain. Pain lets us know there is a Problem.    And the God of “all grace”, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, “after you have suffered a little while”, will “Himself Restore You and Make You Strong”, firm and steadfast.  To him be the power for ever and ever.  Amen.  (1 Peter 5:10&11)    God Knows What We Have Need of Before We Ask!   God’s Grace shows up in our Pain! Pain is for a reason and only lasts a season. Jesus offers Salvation and Restoration from our Pain. Our Greatest Growth and Blessings oftentimes come with Pain.   Our Daily Nugget is the culmination of Peter explaining to the people and to us on  “How to Live As Kingdom Citizens While Here On Earth”.                                                      The Secret to “Being Content”.   Contentment is A “Learned Mentality”!   I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty.  I have learned the “secret of being content” in any and every situation, whether “well fed or hungry”, whether “living in plenty or want”.  I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.  (Philippians 4:12-13)   A Thankful and Trusting Spirit Keeps us Content.   Jealousy and an Unthankful Spirit prevents us from Being Content! Also, refusing to love the world and the things in the world allows us to be content and thankful. Understanding that “Plenty nor Want” last forever allows us to be Content and Thankful.  Naked we came into this world and naked we are going out!  Anything above our nakedness is reason to be content.   Two Things that are never content with what they have, Greed and the Grave; they both are always demanding and wanting more. The Bible says, always wanting more and

                                                                         Conceited.   Never Correct Conceited People!   Never correct conceited people; they will hate (insult) you for it.  (Proverbs 9:8) Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.  Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.  (Philippians 2:3-4)   The conceited person will return evil for good. The conceited heart/mind obeys the demonic spirits. The conceited person would rather be wrong than to be corrected.   They will insult you and hate you and position themselves to be God’s Enemy; and cut themselves and their households short of many blessings.  Pride leads a person to be conceited; pride comes “Before The Fall”!  To be conceited is a great weakness.   Conceited – Wise with oneself.  In ones on opinion.   Solomon tells us to never correct conceited people.  The only thing one can do

                                                                             Say So!                                                   What Did You Say?   Therefore it is of “faith”, that it might be by “grace”; to the end the promise might be sure to “all the seed”’ not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the “faith” of Abraham; who is the father of us all, before “Him” whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and “calleth those things which be not as though they were”.  (Romans 4:16&17)    Speak those things that are not, as if, they are! This “principle” works for good as well as for bad. To the world, this is a lie; to the Kingdom Citizen it is Faith.   The Bible tells us that “The Power of Life and Death” is in the tongue.  Our words have creative power, like God’s Words.  Even if we are not aware of this principle of life “it is still working”.  I feel, I am weak, but “Let the weak ‘Say’ I Am Strong”.   Our Faith Leads Us To God’s Grace!

                                                                         The Liar!   God “Doesn’t” Walk with “The Liar”!   The cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murders and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all “liars”; these are the ones who “will find themselves” in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.   (Revelation 21:8)   To be a “liar” is to “practice” deception and falsehood as a “lifestyle”.   Liar – To “practice” deceit, falsehood, and treachery either by word or action.    Never Put your Faith and Trust in The Liar. When the “truthful” person lies, they hate it and repent. “A Liar”, by definition, is a Manipulator, a Deceiver, a “Enemy of God”! To “Tell” a lie and to “Practice” lying as a “Lifestyle” are two different things.   God requires “Sincerity” and “Truth”.
